Shift timings: 12 PM- 9.30 PM/ 1 PM- 10.30 PM
Key Skills:
Min 1 year of experience in Telecommunication domain (Mobile Networks / ISP provider / Broadband & Fixed Line) (Technical support /Customer support/Customer service /Voice/Non voice Back office)
Min 1 year of experience in Telecommunication domain (Mobile Networks / ISP provider / Broadband & Fixed Line) with Technical knowledge (Networks/Order management) will be an added advantage.
Should be flexible for Mid Shift.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Strong multi-tasking skills.
Self-starter who is excited about learning new technologies on a daily basis.
5 days working, Based on business requirements to work in any Saturday’s.
Educational qualification: Any degree / Diploma (15 years of education Mandatory)Note: Fresher’s NOT Eligible.
