Roles and Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network connectivity, router configuration, modem settings, and LAN configuration.
Provide technical support to customers through emails, and chats.
Assist customers with configuring their networks using various devices such as routers and modems.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-3 years of experience in a International voice or Network Support (technical support).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language.
Strong understanding of blended process, international BPO, networking concepts, and network troubleshooting techniques.
Graduation mandatory.
Must be flexible to work in Us – Night shift.
