Role & responsibilities

Handling inbound or outbound regular calls/ queries
Supporting different processes/businesses/verticals
May be required to handle Digital Journey and other Digital Channels of the bank

Note – Should have excellent communication skill

Preferred candidate profile

Must be a Graduate or equivalent (10+2+3).
Experience of at least 2 years in a Contact Centre, in direct selling/ telemarketing or relevant
job profile in the service industry or Experience of at least 2 years in a Contact Centre as Senior
CSA.
Awareness about Banking products and services (Preferred)
Presentable skills for customer facing channels like Video Chat, Co- Browsing etc
Shift: Females 7 am to 9 pm any 9 hours
Males 24*7 any 9 hours
1 Rotational week off
One side cab for odd hours (Limited Boundaries)
