Job Description:

Effectively manage large amounts of inbound / outbound calls
Review and verify invoices, understand the issue of an invoices/payment
Analyse and resolve payment related issues
Deal directly either by telephone or email and respond promptly to vendor/internal stakeholder inquiries
Follow up with vendor/internal stakeholders, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed expectations
Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure
Exception management proactively resolve failed payments/Invoices
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Performs a variety of tasks and projects as necessary assigned by the direct supervisor in accordance with the professional experience and area of expertise
Ensuring that all processes used by the service desk are documented thoroughly, consistently audited, and regularly improved.
Understands end to end Accounts Payable activities and responsibilities and acts as an SME to the team
Coordinating with supervisors to decide the plan for day-to-day issues/concerns
Working with team for volume allocation and ensuring completion of targets assigned for the day
Accountable for consistency of outputs both in terms of quality and timeliness
Acts as an internal trainer, both facilitate and conduct training programs
Assist Supervisors / Managers in preparing dashboard on process

Skills and Experience:

Approximately 1-6 years Call center experience with at least 1-5 years of experience in Customer Service
Willing to work in Night Shifts is mandatory
Strong ability to multi-task and customer service oriented
Strong communication (verbal/written) skills
