Role & responsibilities :
Responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle for Life Sciences (Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices related industry) .
Attract top talent by executing a robust recruiting strategy.
Develop action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and social media.
Screening candidates based on the requirements specified by the department head or manager.
Maintaining regular communication with candidates from the first contact till the release of offer letters.
Leveraging existing professional networks(i. e. subcontractors, referrals) and other social media (i. e. LinkedIn, google groups etc. ) tools along with other non traditional recruitment methods to source and attract talent.
Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement
Regular Interaction/daily meetings with team manager to discuss requirements, determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, offers, hires, future requirements and create a funnel of potential candidates proactively.
Required Skills:
Any Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
B Pharma/B.Sc. Biotechnology/BSC Microbiology/BSC Biology and any other medical degree would be added advantage.
The ideal candidate will be highly driven with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be self-motivated and must possess a positive attitude.
Should have the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced & metrics-driven environment.
Work Location: Race Course, Bangalore.
Mode of Work: Work from Office.
Mode of Interview: Face to Face (Walk in interview on 30th August i.e Friday).a
