Below is the Job Description:
2+ years of end-to-end recruitment in a search firm
Recruitment Managed Service environment.
RPO (recruitment process outsourcing) or an in-house corporate recruitment team with relevant strong experience in sourcing & screening of candidates through Job Portals, professional sites, networking, head hunting, employee referrals
Volume (Bulk Hiring), lateral hiring and niche skills recruiting experience.
Stakeholder management experience and Boolean Search experience is mandatory.
Salary: Upto 45K CTC (Based on last CTC)
Experience: 3yrs – 6yrs
Upto 60K CTC (Based on last CTC)
Walk-in Date: 09-07-2024 (Tuesday)
Location: Bangalore
Technical Skills: Educational Qualification and Experience: Minimum of 15 years of formal education Diploma/Graduate (Commerce/Art/Business Administration)
