PROCESS- Voice Process.

Roles And Responsibilities-

1. Handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

2. Overseeing the customer service process.

3. Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.

4. Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.

Required Candidate profile-

1. Undergraduate/graduates all are eligible.

2. Fresher all can apply.

3. Must be comfortable with WORK FROM OFFICE.

4. Must be comfortable with English

SALARY- UPTO 3 LPA + incentives Upto 42k

SHIFTS- Rotational Shifts/ Rotational Week offs.

WORKING DAYS- 5
