Job Responsibilities:
End to End Recruitment
Stake Holder Management
Preferred candidate profile
Worked on bulk hiring positions with great turnaround and closure time
Sourced relevant candidates through Job Boards, Social Networking sites, Employee Referral, Job Postings and other networks
Conducted the initial technical screening to determine suitability and interest of candidate
Coordinated with Panel for all interviews and Client interviews
Sourcing and Screening of potential candidates and setting up face-to-face as per the requirement criteria
Responsible for offer management, stakeholder management
Experience with high volume recruiting of ITeS hiring.
Portals used for Sourcing: Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, Shine
Should be aware of Documentation process and policies.
