PROFILE: CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE for blended process.

Role & responsibilities

Overseeing the customer service process.

Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention

Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff

Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support

Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers via call

Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and sharable experience

Preferred candidate profile

Any Under-Graduate/ Graduate both can apply

Any Fresher/ Experienced both can apply

Must have positive thought process

Must be comfortable working from office

SALARY: UPTO 3 LPA including PF & ESI
