Role & responsibilities

Works with customers to identify service-related needs and offers the most appropriate solutions while providing world-class customer service.

Diagnoses and resolves basic queries related to order, replacement, refunds etc.

Provides solutions and resolves customer queries.

Assist customers with urgent needs and guide them to the best solutions based on their preferences and requests.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 1 year of chat support experience required

Excellent English language skills.

Flexibility and ability to improvise and adapt to new situations

Graduate/Post Graduates can apply.

Excellent communication skills

Should be comfortable with night shifts

Rotational shifts & Rotational week offs
