We are hiring for the International Chat Process – Immediate joiner only(Customer support)

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities :

The agent has to Support through Chat for Chat support

The agent has to respond to customer complaints in a professional manner

The agent has to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines The agent should have the ability to build rapport with the customer

The agent should have the ability to overcome objections and ask for business Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Must be a Graduate or Undergraduate ( No Pursuing Candidate)

Minimum understanding of Customer Service & should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in an International Chat or Voice support role

Freshers with excellent verbal and written communication skills can also apply

Should be flexible to work for both Voice and Chat support

Immediate joiners are preferred

100% work from the office

Willing to work 24-7 shifts (Night Shifts/ Late Night Shifts and rotational shifts)
