Job Description:
Position Description
Triage and resolve user/ seller queries. Experience in Google ads, digital marketing, campaign management/ account optimization
Assist sellers with their queries, should be able to navigate the Google Ads platform and its functionalities with ease
Should be able to think logically and share insights based on the back-end data.
Mandatory:
2-4 years of experience in Customer Support/ Sales with 1-2 years experience in Google Ads as a seller/ Google Ads Support Executive
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and explain complex topics clearly
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience
Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies.
Responsibilities:
Triage queries raised by the users/ sellers
Replicate the user facing issue & escalate the issue to L2 level when required
Troubleshoot the query comparing the Google Ads front end with back end data
Take regular process updates from the L2 level
Daily updates to the lead on inflow patterns & Issues raised by users.
Desired:
Experience in digital advertising, customer management, project management skills, stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated operational abilities. Ability to drive impact in a fast-paced environment while maintaining careful attention to detail
Effective communication skills, with the ability to provide updates to senior executive leadership. Delivery-focused mindset, with the drive to solve complex problems through analytics and structured root cause problem-solving
Demonstrated motivation and interest in making tools that work seamlessly for our sales representatives.
