Job Title: Banking Sales Team Leader
Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Banking Sales Team Leader. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the banking industry and possess strong leadership skills to drive the sales team toward achieving targets and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Provide effective leadership and direction to the banking sales team.
Motivate, coach, and mentor team members to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
Conduct regular performance reviews and set development plans for team members.
Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
Collaborate with the management team to formulate sales plans aligned with organizational objectives.
Customer Relationship Management:
Foster a customer-centric culture within the team.
Ensure exceptional service delivery and maintain positive customer relationships.
Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Training and Development:
Coordinate training programs to enhance the product knowledge and sales skills of the team.
Keep the team updated on banking products, services, and industry regulations.
Identify skill gaps and organize relevant training sessions to address them.
Performance Monitoring:
Implement performance metrics to measure individual and team performance.
Regularly monitor and analyze sales metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
Implement corrective actions to address performance gaps and optimize results.
Collaboration:
Foster collaboration and open communication within the team and across departments.
Coordinate with marketing and product teams to ensure effective promotion of banking products.
Collaborate with other team leaders to share best practices and optimize overall organizational performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience in banking sales, with a minimum of [X] years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of banking products, services, and industry regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
Should be good in TL Kra’s and KPI’s.
Team Handling
Maintaining attrition and shrinkage.
Dialer knowledge
Excellent comms skills
On paper TL experience is mandate.
Salary : 28k Take Home ( 33k CTC)
