Job / Role: Sr. Total Rewards Consultant

Leading contributor individually and as a team member your responsibilities will include the below:

Partner with HR to advice business manages on complex compensation issues, in collaboration with C&B colleagues as required.
Leverage global, regional and country best practices, programs and policies to guide business managers and provide creative solutions.
Participate in the research, design and implementation of compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
Review effectiveness of Total Rewards design to provide alternate, and creative solutions
Deliver research studies on topics related to Total Rewards including but not limited to campus compensation, pay trends, emerging practices, employee benefits, wellness etc.
Responsibilities include but not limited to – Survey Participation, Data Analysis, Pay Structure design and review, participating in functional projects etc.
Program Manage Benefits renewal, new benefits rollout etc.
Skills / Experience:

Minimum 6 – 8 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits with overall experience of 10 – 12 years in Human Resources
Qualification – Masters in HR
Excellent Analytical skills and Attention to details
Excellent Presentation and Communication skills
Strong Program Management skills and ability to work in a diverse team
Networking skills
Good understanding of job mapping frameworks, job evaluation, salary structures, variable pay, Long Term Incentive Plans, employee benefits, salary increase, hiring, attrition, etc and good understanding of policies, labor laws and tax provisions impacting compensation and benefits.
