Job Description Manager HR
A PMS
Setting up performance management system across all functions
1ensuring goal setting discussions for all staff store manager and upwards
2Ensuring mid term and year end reviews for all staff with goals
3presenting performance snapshot to leadership team of top performers and bottom performers for the year
4getting a buy in from leadership team on PMS and ensuring at list 10% skip level appraisals
B Recruitment
Ensuring recruitment for all new stores and businesses is done as per timelines
1 Identifying sources of talent pool – liason with various agensies for generation of resumes
2 Setting up a robust employee referal programme to help recruitment
3 Setting standardized interview protocol for shortlisting and selection – interview rounds /standard questions templates
C Compliance
1 Coordinating with finance team to ensure compliance on ESI/PF
2 Ensuring licenses are updated for all locations – labour licenses/shops and establishment
3 Ensuring shops are complaint on local labor laws
D Training and Development
1 Standardise induction training across functions with a mix of company and function training
2 Identify high performance resources from PMS and identify their training needs for next level of responsibility
3 have a training needs calender planned for each function and conduct trainings accordingly
E Employee Engagement
1 Get budget approvals and conduct employee engagement activities for each location
2 Organize open house and town hall in coordination with leadership team
