a) Able to handle multiple clients, vendors at the same time.
b) Hands – on experience in handling end to end recruitment life cycle.
c) Hands – on experience in working on paid job portals, Application Tracking systems.
d) Proven work experience in IT recruitment in hiring multiple technologies and designations.
e) Should be able to monitor, assist their team in finding right candidates and report on their performance.
f) Maintain a record of complete hiring process.
5. Skill Set Required: Good knowledge in MS EXCEL, MS WORD, Strong Verbal and written communication skills, Time management, Salary negotiations
