PESB ECIL Recruitment 2022 Eligibility Details
1. Post Name: Chairman and Managing Director
2. Pay Scale: Rs. 200000-370000 (IDA)
3. Qualification: The applicant should have the qualification of:
(i) Graduate with MBA/PGDM; or
(ii) Engineering graduate; or
(iii) Chartered Accountant; or
(iv) Cost Accountant; from a recognized University/ Institute
3. Job Description And Responsibilities:
The Chairman and Managing Director is the Chief Executive of the Corporation and accountable to its Board of Directors and Government/Shareholders. He/she is responsible for the efficient functioning of the Corporation for achieving its corporate objectives and performance parameters
4. Experience: Applicants should possess cumulative experience/exposure for at least 5 years duing the last 10 years at a senior level of management in an organization of repute in Electronics/Electrical Sector
5. Duration: The appointment shall be for a period of five years from the date of joining or upto the date of superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
