Applications are invited for the post of a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in the Department of Space Engineering & Rocketry, Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra for SERB, DST funded project titled “Use of Multi-Location Swirl Injection as a Performance Enhancer for the Hybrid Rocket System”.
1. Position: Junior Research Fellow
2. Number of posts: 1
3. Eligibility: Graduate Degree in Aerospace/Aeronautical/Mechanical Engg. with GATE, OR ME/MTech (Space Engineering & Rocketry/Aerospace Engg./ Mechanical Engg/Chemical Engg. with specialisation in Combustion/Propulsion). The candidate should have a strong inclination towards research with knowledge of Propulsion and Combustion. Candidate willing to enroll in Ph.D. program would be given preference.
4. Salary: Rs. 31000/- per month for first two years, Rs. 35000/- for 3 rd year. Additional 16% HRA would be provided if Hostel is not availed.
5. Job Duration: 3 years (Annual assessment will be done for continuation)
