4. Eligibility:
i. shall be a citizen of India.
ii. must have passed at least +2 examination conducted by the Council constituted u/S. 3 of the Orissa Higher Secondary Education Act, 1982 or equivalent examination from a recognized Council, Board of University as the case may be.
iii. must have at least passed Diploma in Computer application from a recognized institute.
iv,.musl be able to speak, read and write Oriya and have passed a test in Oriya equivalent to the M.E. standard.
v. must be ofgood characler
vi. musl be of sound heatth, good physique and free from organic defect or bodily infirmity or communicable disease
vii. must have practical knowledge in operaling computer
viii. musl have possessed minimum speed of g0 words in shorthand and 40 words in typewdling per minute (for the post of Stenographer Grade_lll).
